Trevor Watts, PT

Physical Therapist

Trevor Watts brings a strong background in fitness, athletics, and rehabilitation to his role as a Physical Therapist at Plan Physical Therapy. His journey into physical therapy began through personal training and his own experiences with injuries, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges that can come with recovery. After experiencing physical therapy himself, Trevor was inspired to pursue the profession with the goal of providing patients with the quality of care he believed they deserved.

Trevor's approach to physical therapy centers around empowering patients and helping them recognize what they are capable of. He believes that patients are often able to do more than they may initially think, and that a diagnosis or imaging result should not define their expectations for recovery. Rather than relying solely on passive treatments, Trevor emphasizes active participation and education, helping patients develop the skills and confidence they need to manage their conditions independently.

One of the most rewarding aspects of Trevor's work is seeing patients return to the activities they once believed they could no longer do. Whether that means returning to a sport, exercising, working, or simply moving through everyday life with greater confidence, Trevor finds fulfillment in helping patients regain control of their physical abilities and their lives.

Outside of Plan Physical Therapy, Trevor continues to pursue his passion for fitness and athletic performance. He enjoys strength and conditioning, training baseball players, hiking, reading, and spending time with his family. He is also an owner of a batting cage facility, allowing him to continue working with athletes and staying connected to the world of sports performance.

Trevor's combination of clinical knowledge, athletic experience, and commitment to patient empowerment makes him a valuable member of the Plan Physical Therapy team. His dedication to helping patients understand their bodies, build confidence, and take an active role in their recovery reflects the patient-centered care that defines Plan PT.
